Change of mind
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for change of mind, provided the hoodie is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your hoodie arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
